Greptile is an AI code reviewer with complete context of your codebase. Each month, Greptile reviews 200M lines of code for 1,600 software teams.
Our revenue is growing 30% MoM. Growth is purely word-of-mouth driven and product-led, with some light sales assist which is currently entirely done by me (Daksh). We’re looking for our first sales hire - a technical account manager who can work with me to help the hundreds of companies that sign up for Greptile every week more successful on our platform.
The ideal person for this job is a sales/customer success professional with a technical background that enjoys talking to customers, working with software, and growing a business.
Responsibilities

Reach out to new signups and trials to help them start their trials.

Answer questions from customers during the first 1-2 months to help them onboard successfully.

When needed, demo the product for prospective customers.

Educate new customers on Greptile features that might be useful for them.

Help existing customers expand their usage and move to annual contracts.

Build and iterate processes around how we do inbound sales and customer success.
Qualifications

2+ years account executive or customer success experience

1+ years BDR/SDR experience

Some technical experience, coding bootcamp, self-taught programmer, college major or minor in Computer Science or related field.

High-agency, proactive personality

Preferred: experience as a solutions/implementation engineer
