The Opportunity
This is not a typical SDR role. As our first SDR, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, reporting directly to two experienced Business Development Managers and our newly hired Growth Manager. You'll have full autonomy to experiment with new ideas and help shape the entire SDR function from the ground up. This is a unique chance to join a team with direct communication to the CEO and a clear vision for the future.

What You'll Do
- Outbound Prospecting: You will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline from scratch through personalised and strategic outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Lead Qualification: Use the BANT framework to identify and qualify potential customers, ensuring a seamless handover of warm leads to the sales team.
- Market Research: Target key industries including Healthcare, Consultancies, CPG, Market Research Agencies, and Entertainment Companies, with a focus on research, insights, and strategy teams.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with the Growth and Marketing teams to refine messaging, test new strategies, and provide critical feedback to enhance our go-to-market approach.
- Achieve Goals: You will be measured on key metrics, including the number of meetings booked per month and the closed-won revenue generated from your pipeline.
Your Career Path at CoLoop
This role is designed as a direct path to a full-cycle Account Executive position:
- Months 1-6: Dive deep into the company and the market, master your outbounding skills, and build a strong foundation.
- Months 6-12: Begin your formal transition into the Account Executive (AE) pathway with full mentorship and support from the leadership team.
- Month 12+: Step into a full 360° Account Executive role, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
