Alinea is an investing app for GenZs. We’re a Y Combinator backed start-up and have recently raised a $10.4M Series A from top investors including Goodwater Capital, F7 Ventures, and GFR. Alinea is looking for a talented designer to lead the product design and social media for the Alinea iOS app and work directly with the founding team.
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, fast-moving, and creative individual who will address customer needs to build the best investing experience for the next gen. This may not be the right role for you if you are uncomfortable with any of the following:
- Trying to predict the customer's needs yourself
- Feeling challenged on a weekly basis
- A role that will push you to learn new skill sets constantly
- Taking ownership and control
- Being a creative-driven thinker and passionate storyteller
What you’ll be doing
- Having full ownership of the company’s product designs and social media posts
- Help guide our overall development strategy through design, prototyping, and market research
- Work directly with the founders to define the product roadmap and report directly to the Co-CEOs
What we look for
- Figma, Adobe Suite and other notable design tools fluency
- Motion design, video editing and illustration skills
- Creative, open minded and critical thinker
