We are launching our Dallas office from scratch, where we will scale our product-market fit for our renter's insurance programs. You will talk with clients from many backgrounds, from single-family property managers to institutional multifamily directors.
What we’re looking for
We’re hiring hard workers and fast learners who want a serious career in sales. We are in-person only, full-time, and we work 6+ days a week. The work is challenging, and the hours are long, but we make it worthwhile.
What You’ll Do
- 100+ customer calls per day
- Set 20+ qualified meetings each week and join demos with AEs
- CRM management; own next steps until the money is in the bank.
- Rewrite scripts on the fly, test them, scrap what doesn’t convert

Compensation
- $65-85k base (determined by experience + performance)
- $150k+ OTE
- AE promotion track in 3-6 months
