One of the psychological hacks is to weigh in both possible situations such situation you would want to be in and situation that you dislike you don't want to be in.
I find this hack working for me during short-term stress and ambiguities.
One of the examples would be for lunch time. I would usually visualize that I can finish a task and enjoy my lunch freely or I could go for lunch and resume my progress which would hinder my thinking. Then, I would automatically go for the better option instead.
You wouldn't think business and psychology went together, yet without psychology in the workplace, businesses and entrepreneurs would struggle.
There are certain hacks that can be used in a business to make it successful. In order to do that we need to consider Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. If a person can fulfil these six human needs they move one step closer to unequalled success.
The six steps that are involved in it are certainty and comfort which ensures an assurance of no pain to the employees. The next thing is uncertainty and variety which ensures the workplace and the employees need change, new stimuli and the need for the unknown.
It is also essential to make the employees at work place feel significant and unique.
Growth is equally important in the workplace which allows to expand capacity, capability and understanding.
